Composition

  • 20% Azelaic acid
    - Belongs to an acid group called dicarboxylic acids.
    - Azelaic acid is obtained from grains such as barley, wheat and rye.
    - It is a tyrosinase inhibitor and has direct cytotoxic effects on abnormal melanocytes.
    - Has exfoliating and antibacterial properties.
  • 2% Salicylic acid
  • 5% Arnica
    - Derived from a yellow mountain daisy, also known as leopard’s bane, that grows
       in Europe, Arnica has traditionally been used to treat bruising.
    - Increases circulation by stimulating white blood cell activity, thereby decreasing
       the amount of healing time and reducing inflammation.
    - Clears up acne and other skin inflammations.
